Metamorphosis LifeStyle is a personal image and style consultancy based in London... and focusing on beauty within, as well as that in the eye of the beholder.

The project brief
Metamorphosis approached us when they first started up, asking us to come up with a distinctive brand identity package for them.
Their organisation goes beyond the 'superficial' elements of image and style, believing that real changes must be more than skin deep if they are to make a genuine difference in a person's life.
They asked that this aspect of their service be reflected in their new corporate identity.
A new website was also required, as well as promotional literature and corporate stationery to launch and develop the brand.

The solution
Fitting in with the concept of 'metamorphosis' itself, we created a highly stylised 'butterfly' motif as the brand icon, filled with bright colours that contrast strikingly with the darker base colour for the brand.
The use of the butterfly as the core symbol of the brand was very warmly received by the client, who agreed that it neatly captures the idea of a complete transformation in one's life.
Indeed, the tagline that we created for the brand issues a simple invitation to potential clients: "Make your transformation" - a tidy summation of all that the company stands for, and one which neatly complements the butterfly iconography.
The importance of the tagline is emphasised by its use as the company's web address - makeyourtransformation.com.
This decision has also helped to avoid any difficulties that potential clients may have in trying to spell "Metamorphosis" correctly!
Update
ID is currently in the process of designing a completely new and much larger Metamorphosis website, to include additional content for their new Wellbeing & Beauty Clinic division. Watch this space!
