The project brief
We were commissioned by Elite Air to design an eye-catching new brand identity for their organisation.
Our brief was to create an image that appeared 'established', but which still looked contemporary and appealing, and which would stand the test of time.

The solution
The brand that we created for Elite Air fits the brief perfectly.
The "Starbird" logo that we created elegantly combines a highly stylised bird symbol, in a not-so-subtle nod to the company's aviation activities, with that of a star, which symbolises the quality of service that the organisation provides to its clients.
We additionally created the "Skyscape" background (featured on the header of this page), which features a jet aircraft in flight, viewed from a distance, in an open, clear sky, suggesting a smooth and uncomplicated journey.
The final element of the new image was the tagline "Life is full of journeys. Make the most of yours." The client agreed that this neatly captured the essence of the brand, with its subtle hint that to fly with anyone other than Elite Air would be a wasted journey.
Combined with the Skyscape and logo, this neatly combines all of the values of the brand, encompassing quality, reliability and effortlessness, while still communicating the company's core activities within its identity.
