An easy, secure way to get the information you  need on your projects and your account.     ClientSpace is your home on our website.   Exclusive to ID Advantage clients, it's a secure and easy-to-use section of our website, hidden away from the eyes of those not related to your project.      What can I do with it?   ▪   View progress on your projects through your secure Project Blog   ▪   View information on your account   ▪   Download paperwork, such as invoices or contracts   ▪   Easily send private web messages to your Project Manager using     your dedicated contact form   ▪   Look up contact details for your Project Manager (e.g. mobile no.)   ▪   Check important ID news updates (e.g. any issues which may     affect your services, such as power failures, loss of internet etc)	How do I log in to ID Advantage ClientSpace? Your ID Project Manager should have provided you with the instructions and details that you need to log in to ClientSpace.   If that hasn't happened, let us know, and we shall slap the Project Manager with a large, pungent fish.   To connect to your ClientSpace, you need to enter the unique URL assigned to you (e.g. www.idfuture.co.uk/abcdoors).   You'll be prompted for your username and password; enter these details, and click on OK to proceed.   This will bring you to your ClientSpace homepage.     We're already planning a range of expansions to ClientSpace, including adding the facility to allow online payments.   Please let us know if you have any thoughts on how we can improve it for you.		Sorry - what's this ID    Advantage stuff again?     ID Advantage is a fancy name for our brand, web and marketing management programmes.   If we - for example - regularly update your website, create promotional literature for your company, or manage your overall brand strategy, you can save money by signing up to an ID Advantage programme.   Find out more about ID Advantage.
